Delicious tender steak. Great service . Very clean. Decor is Texas style . Plenty of seats. They have a bar area and TVS .

If you are lucky enough to have Nate as your server, your experience at Longhorn will be top-notch. Before coming to this restaurant I considered vegetarianism. I rarely ate meat because I hated the taste. But last night my partner ordered the most expensive steak on the menu and it blew both of us away. We didnt expect such quality from a chain steak house. I also ordered a burger with fries and a side salad. Excellent. For someone who hates the taste of meat, I ate half my burger. It was amazing. For the appetizer we tried the queso and that was too salty.

Such a cozy place. Went to Roadhouse but major wait so decided to try Longhorn. Greeted right away and no wait. Accommodated wanting a booth. Waitress was friendly and efficient. Bread was warm and served with butter. Filet and lobster were cooked to perfection. Absolutely delicious. Caesar salad was crisp and just the right amount of dressing. Stuffed mushrooms were cheesy. Restaurant was clean. Great experience.

It was good had a little service issue to start with since they seated us in a section where the server had him showed up for work yet. Probably could have held off on sweetness until he got there and the table before us. The manager did give us some free appetizers. That helped the service was still kind of confused I'm just trying to play catch up.

Absolutely great food. We have always had a great experience. Tonight had one exception. They were very crowded which is understandable on a Friday night. However, the hostess was very short and rude about giving the wait times. After sitting in the waiting area for about 45 minutes, we heard from multiple people about how rude an unhelpful the hostesses was. Many went and asked how much longer the wait was and they were all told "we don't know how long the wait will be". So overall, the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was due to one employee who was rude and didn't understand how to properly address customers. I hope that this will be addressed because this is by far the best steak place in Lubbock.

we have a great experience at this Longhorn Steakhouse location. staff was friendly, atmosphere was nice. food was fairly quick. Mushroom appetizer was really good, I would recommend. Steak, lobstertails and ribs, all good..

Excellent steak house. The best of the eateries on restaurant row. I have had both lunch and dinner several times and the food and service is always great! The burgers and steaks are always cooked just as I order them.

Absolutely love the food and drinks!! But I write a good review because our waitress rlly came through when she admitted to forgetting to put in our order and fixed it, when we got our order and it was a little too rare they fixed it perfectly to medium rare, and offered a free dessert which was delicious! We are ppl and mistakes happen her humility was what got me amazed.I wish I remembered her name but I definitely love it there.

This was my first visit to the LongHorn Steakhouse. The atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful. We were greeted by employees. My wife and I ordered steaks, which were delicious; however, my wife had to send her steak back because it wasn't well-done as requested. Our salads and baked potatoes were delicious. I will probably go back for special occasions only.

Had a nice romantic pre-valentines dinner tonight. Rib eye was perfect as usual and my wife enjoyed the Redrock shrimp. Both entrees melted in our mouths. So good. Taylor our waitress was great also. Definitely recommend a visit to this location.

Food was great. We even brought out own cake for a gender reveal and had no problem with the manager. Everyone is very nice here.

Steak portions are small but I continue to visit this restaurant. I have yet to see this establishment not own up to and make a mistake right. We will continue visiting this place so long as the service continues it's path of excellence.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary today, including an early dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse. The food was delicious, including appetizers. More importantly, the service was outstanding! Brooke was our attentive and delightful server who paid special attention to the significance of our anniversary celebration! Thank you so much !

Wonderful experience. Kaiya was incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was great and the manager was on point and friendly. Dont pass them up if your looking for a great all around evening!! We will definitely be back.

This is the first time I have been here. The staff are very kind and cheerful. The food was very delicious! The atmosphere was very calm. This place has large TV's around the restaurant with different pro or college games. This would be a wonderful place for any types of gatheringI plan to come here again and again!

Today was my 1st visit... I made a mistake and ordered a chopped steak undercooked however Carlos graciously corrected my error. The food was superb and the staff was amazing.

On duty staff did great taking our orders. Memaw 91st birthday party was fantastic. We had a large party to wait on without a doubt Longhorn steak house service made it a great celebration.

The food and service was great, but it was filthy! It was a busy Friday night so I can understand being behind on keeping up with mess, but it was like the staff had given up on cleaning until after everyone left. There were food particles all over the place and food splatters on the wall of our booth. The bathroom was all disarray. There were screaming kids everywhere, it was like being at Chucky Cheese. Not a relaxing dinner as I had hoped. Tried to order salad but apparently there is a romaine recall and instead of making different salad, they just weren't making salad at all. Wasn't comped for only getting one side or anything. Not impressed at Longhorn Steakhouse this time around.

I came in last night and picked up a carry out order. When I got home with our food everything was great as it usually is. I really would like to just brag on the young lady that had to do carry out orders all by herself last night. Even though it was crazy busy and people were not being very nice to her she had a big smile on her face, she checked and double checked the orders in front of us to make sure everything was correct and made sure to ask if she could get me anything else. Job well done. She did an awesome job!!

I've never had a bad meal here and last night was not an exception to the rule. The steak was cooked to perfection. With it being a Friday night, it was really busy and the food took a while to arrive but that's to be expected. If you enjoy brussel sprouts try theirs. They are the best I've ever had.

Wonderful again! Denise was very friendly and attentive. I brought my Dad for lunch. He was very happy with his sirloin and I with my flatiron steak. Thank you for being consistent!!!!

Food was good but the wait was long and service took awhile to understand we were there to eat and we expected service. I would eat there again as the food was good once it was corrected.

Always my favorite place to eat steak. The Delmonico and Outlaw are my favorites. They are always cooked to perfection even when when I want it well done and it always comes with just the right amount of char on the edges. Their appetizer chicken is really good and spicy .

This place has quickly become our favorite place..we go there once or twice a week so my boyfriend can get his prime rib fix. I have been trying different things each time. Everything I have tried has been very good. Today I had the hand breaded chicken strips with the baked potato and they were pefect. The service has been excellent every time..today we had Janis and she was great.

Best place to eat steak in town! Hands down best customer service and they're always concerned about your food even if you dont like it they'll make changes to make sure youre satisfied with your meal! My wife and I love coming down here for dinner.

My husband had the chicken fried steak. LOVED it. I had 2 appetizers. The sweet chili, and the stuffed mushrooms. PERFECT ! So good. I cant wait to go back

Everytime I go I always ask for Victor. I live 2hrs away and when I come to Lubbock I go to LongHorn. Best steak iv tasted from a restaurant! Thank you Victor for always making my experience the best it can be!!

Alex was extremely kind and helpful from the moment we walked through the door with keeping our family of 7 as close together as allowed. Our server, Tim, did everything he possibly could to ensure we all got exactly what we wanted. A very good experience and will definitely be coming back.

I really enjoyed the 7-Spice Sirloin Salad for dinner. Healthy and delicious. I was also pleased to see Slovacek's sausage on the long board appetizer. Love the sausage from Snook, TX

Great atmosphere, really good service, food was good. I had the shaved prime rib sandwich and chili, and the best key lime pie jar I have had all year! 😜 I have paid the same monies for a McAlisters meal (minus the pie)...Longhorns is much better. (although, I will go back to McAlisters also when pressed for time). Overall good experience!

Great service, great food. Loved the chicken fried chicken. And some tasty handcrafted lemonades too.

The food is great and the staff are nice and attentive. The stiff mushrooms are great and they have a killer New York strip. For the sides get the macaroni and cheese and/or the rice with sausage.

Had dinner here over the weekend. Food was good but cooks switched our order temps on our plates: my wife got my medium rare, and I got her medium on a prime rib. They fixed hers immediately and I just opted to keep my own. We decided to spring for dessert, and wow. Apple pie\tart base with vanilla bean ice cream and a caramel-rasberry drizzle. Just delicious.

Came in for dinner for my MIL bday. Our waitress was wonderful. And the food and drinks were just as wonderful. No complaints:)

The steak was perfectly cooked. I ordered the Delminico. The aged Rib Eye. It was delicious but my only complaint was too much grill seasoning on the exterior of the steak. Far too salty. It should be an option asked of the customer perhaps as far as light, medium or heavy on the salty grill seasoning
